-Sarkodie co-sign Beppor Keddi-
Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has once again placed his spotlight on emerging talent, this time supporting Bepor Keddi, a rising rapper who recently went viral for his authentic freestyle in the Ga language that's taken social media by storm.
The freestyle, initially shared on TikTok and later picked up by Twitter and Instagram fan pages, showcases Bepor Keddi delivering rapid-fire bars in Ga with impressive confidence and lyrical depth—a performance that captured Sarkodie's attention.
"Young king is fire 🔥. Keep pushing," Sarkodie commented under a reposted clip on Instagram, tagging Bepor Keddi and adding a flame emoji—an unofficial endorsement that instantly lit up the comment section.
Since Sarkodie's mention, Bepor Keddi's follower count has tripled, and his freestyle has amassed over 500,000 combined views across various platforms. Music fans and industry observers have begun comparing him to emerging talents like Strongman and Kofi Mole.
"It means everything when someone like Sarkodie acknowledges your work," Bepor Keddi told Ghana Prime News in a follow-up interview. "I’m doing this for the streets and to keep the Ga language in our culture."
This viral moment adds momentum to a vibrant underground rap scene, particularly for artists using indigenous languages who often feel overlooked in a Twi- and English-dominated market.
With this endorsement now in the air, fans are speculating whether Sarkodie might feature Bepor Keddi on a future project or even invite him on stage for the “Rapperholic Festival” later this year.
